We can help by assisting Developers to set up strata and community title schemes up to and including the first annual general meeting.


Our Licensed Strata Managers will work closely with you to undertake the following:

  • Provide advice on direction on the management of the newly formed management body

  • Obtain quotations for hard and soft services - cleaning / gardening / other services

  • Obtain competitive building insurance quotations

  • Setting up and maintaining books and records

  • Open bank accounts

  • Undertake all statutory requirements (ABN /GST registration)

  • Arranging and holding the Inaugural and First Annual General Meetings

  • Prepare and provide section 184 and section 26 certificates

  • Provide backroom operations to ensure a smooth transition from initial owner to final handover and beyond
