PLEASE NOTE: All work must be approved by the Executive Committee in order for the contractor to receive payment for the work completed. Please advise a member of the committee before contacting a tradesman. If approval is not obtained from the Strata Manager or Executive Committee, the Owners Corporation may not be responsible for reimbursement of the cost of the repair.
